Kimberly Chulis, PhD, is the Founder and CEO of Core Analytics® and Deconstructing.AI™, where she helps organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable enterprise value. Her work focuses on enterprise AI strategy, adoption, governance, workforce enablement, data products, analytics operating models, and the redesign of business workflows for an AI-enabled future.
With a PhD from Purdue University and more than 25 years of experience across Fortune 50 companies, enterprise technology, healthcare, marketing analytics, venture-backed startups, and consulting, Kim brings a rare combination of academic rigor, technical fluency, and executive judgment. Her work spans machine learning, predictive modeling, customer intelligence, data strategy, AI governance, product analytics, and enterprise transformation.
Through Deconstructing.AI™, she advises leaders on the questions that now matter most: where AI can change the economics, speed, quality, and intelligence of the business; what capabilities must be built to scale it responsibly; and how organizations can turn AI activity into operational advantage.
She has designed and taught graduate-level data science, analytics, technology entrepreneurship, digital transformation, AI, and data governance for more than a decade, including at Northwestern University, UChicago, Purdue, SIU, UMGC, and other institutions. She also mentors professionals and founders navigating leadership in AI-rich environments.
