Kimberly Chulis, PhD
Founder & CEO, Core Analytics® and Deconstructing.AI™
Kimberly Chulis is the Founder and CEO of Core Analytics®, a strategy and data science firm dedicated to building intelligent systems that drive measurable enterprise value. She also leads Deconstructing.AI™, its AI innovation and advisory division, focused on delivering transformation strategies, scalable architectures, and generative intelligence for forward-leaning organizations.
With a PhD in Consumer Science from Purdue University and a specialization in data science, Kimberly brings a rare blend of academic rigor, technical fluency, and executive insight to her work. Over a 25-year career spanning Fortune 50 companies, venture-backed startups, and enterprise consulting, she has led initiatives that align machine learning, predictive modeling, and operational analytics with strategic goals—delivering results that are both defensible and scalable.
At Core Analytics®, she oversees the development of AI-powered platforms including Core Analytics® AI, a customizable forecasting and optimization engine, and BrandMeter™ AI, a contextual generative AI system designed for real-time insight and decision support. Both solutions reflect a commitment to intelligent infrastructure built for performance, transparency, and long-term value.
Kimberly’s leadership is grounded in impact. She has developed AI governance frameworks, designed enterprise transformation roadmaps, and built data-driven strategies that unlock growth, efficiency, and business value. Her approach integrates architecture with accountability—ensuring AI works not only as a system, but as a strategy.
She has taught for over a decade at Northwestern University, where she designed courses in technology leadership, enterprise strategy, digital transformation, and data governance and ethics. She also designed the Business Analytics certificate program at the UChicago and teaches AI topics at UMGC. She regularly mentors professionals navigating leadership in AI-rich environments.
